We accept these file types: xls, xlsx, dbf, csv, txt.
Your data must include these columns at a minimum:
- PartNumber (or Prefix and Base and/or Suffix)
- Quantity
- Either Manufacturer or Description
We collect as much information as we can to show to our subscribers. Here is a list of all of the optional columns that we process:
- DateCode
- Packaging
- QPB1 - 3 (Up to 3 Quantity Price Breaks)
- Price1 - 3 (Up to 3 Prices)
- Comment
- Condition
- Stock/Avail
The columns may be in any order, and we accept many, many variations of the column headers. For example, the PartNumber column may be titled any of these: Part, Part#, PartNo., PartNum, PartCode, ItemNo., ItemCode, ManuPart, etc.
If your file does not have column headers, our automated uploader program can still handle it.
